- Implemented pre-comments; all comments are now properly read and serialized (issue #3).
- Removed spaces in setting assignment (Setting.ToString) (issue #4).
- Comments are now also (de)serialized in SaveBinary/LoadBinary.
- Removed the global section from Configuration; all settings now have to be in a section.
- Removed the IsCaseSensitive property from the Configuration class; SharpConfig is now case-insensitive.
- Added the "LoadBinary" method to the Configuration class.
- Improved the documentation.
